TO DEVELOP, CONSTRUCT, OWN, FINANCE, MANAGE, OPERATE, AND OTHERWISE DEAL WITH STUDENT HOUSING FACILITIES ON THE CAMPUS OF THE UNIVERSITY. THERE ARE THREE APARTMENT-STYLE HOUSING FACILITIES WITH RELATED PARKING AND RECREATIONAL FACILITIES ON THE CAMPUS OF THE UNCW; IN 2005 A 524-BED FACILITY WAS CONSTRUCTED; IN 2006 A 609-BED FACILITY WAS CONSTRUCTED; IN 2008 A 662-BED FACILITY WAS CONSTRUCTED, AS WELL AS A PARKING DECK AND A STUDENT CONVENIENCE STORE.
