THIS INCLUDES WORKING WITH VARIOUS COMMUNITY GROUPS TO IDENTIFY NEEDS AND PROVIDE SUPPORT. CULTURAL SERVICES: SSQDC PROVIDES ONGOING SUPPORT AND COUNSEL TO ARTISTS AND SMALL BUSINESSES IN THE AREA. COURTESY/SAFETY PATROL: SSQDC SUPPLEMENTS THE ANNUAL EXPENSES OF THE COURTESY PATROL SERVICES OF THE SOUTH SIDE DISTRICT.
