COMMUNITY BRIDGES DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION PROVIDES A SOURCE OF FUNDS FOR THE BENEFIT OF COMMUNITY BRIDGES, INC. TO ASSIST WITH BUILDING HEALTHY AND RESILIENT COMMUNITIES THROUGH THE EXPANSION OF HEALTHCARE AND HOUSING SERVICES THROUGH CBI FULL CONTINUUM OF INTEGRATED BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES AND PROGRAMS. IN ADDITION, THE FOUNDATION HELD EVENTS TO RAISE AWARENESS OF CBI MISSION, INCLUDING RECOVERY MONTH, WOMEN AND CHILDREN'S PROGRAMS AND HOUSING SERVICES.
