ICF IS A HOME STUDY PROVIDER FOR FAMILIES ADOPTING INTERNATIONALLY AND THROUGH DOMESTIC ADOPTION PROGRAMS.
ADOPTION PLACEMENT SERVICES: ICF PROVIDES INTERNATIONAL AND DOMESTIC ADOPTION PLACEMENT SERVICES. ICF IS HAGUE ACCREDITED THROUGH THE US DEPARTMENT OF STATE AND AUTHORIZED BY THE CENTRAL AUTHORITIES OF MEXICO AND BURUNDI TO PROVIDE ADOPTION SERVICES.
