PROVIDE FLIGHT/GROUND INSTRUCTION


PLANE MARKETING AGREEMENT FEES, PLANE CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE: PLANES ARE OWNED BY THE MEMBER LLCS. THE MARKETING AGREEMENT FEES COVER THE PROMOTION, ADVERTISING, AND REVENUE-GENERATING RENTALS OF THE PLANES. THE PLANE CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE FEES COVER LOW-LEVEL MAINTENANCE ON THE AIRCRAFT (OIL CHANGES AND INSPECTIONS) THAT DO NOT NEED TO BE OUTSOURCED TO A THIRD PARTY AIRCRAFT VENDOR.


MEMBERSHIP DUES/INITIATION
