THE PROGRAM OFFERS AFFORDABLE, SAFE HOUSING AND SUPPORT SERVICES, INCLUDING MEALS AND ACTIVITIES FOR SENIORS.THE ORGANIZATION RECEIVED HUD APPROVAL AND CLOSED ON A SALE OF THE ORGANIZATION'S 103 UNIT AFFORDABLE HOUSING PROPERTY AND RESERVES, INCLUSING ALL EXSITING LEASES AND HOUSING ASSISTANCE CONTRACTS, TO HECHTMAN I LIMITED DIVIDEND HOUSING ASSOCIATION LLC, A DISREGARDED ENTITY OF JEWISH HOME SERVICES, INC.
RESIDENT SERVICES COORDINATOR - SERVICE COORDINATORS ARE AN INTEGRAL PART OF RESIDENTIAL COMMUNITIES THAT HOUSE FAMILIES, ELDERS AND PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES.
