THE PROGRAM OFFERS AFFORDABLE, SAFE HOUSING AND SUPPORT SERVICES, INCLUDING MEALS AND ACTIVITIES FOR SENIORS.THE ORGANIZATION RECEIVED HUD APPROVAL AND CLOSED ON A SALE OF THE ORGANIZATION'S 103 UNIT AFFORDABLE HOUSING PROPERTY AND RESERVES, INCLUSING ALL EXSITING LEASES AND HOUSING ASSISTANCE CONTRACTS, TO HECHTMAN I LIMITED DIVIDEND HOUSING ASSOCIATION LLC, A DISREGARDED ENTITY OF JEWISH HOME SERVICES, INC.


RESIDENT SERVICES COORDINATOR - SERVICE COORDINATORS ARE AN INTEGRAL PART OF RESIDENTIAL COMMUNITIES THAT HOUSE FAMILIES, ELDERS AND PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES. THEY LINK RESIDENTS WITH SUPPORTIVE SERVICES ALLOWING THEM TO MAINTAIN SELF SUFFICIENCY IN THEIR HOMES.
