THE PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE CORPORATION SHALL BE TO SUPPORT THE PROGRAMS AND EXISTENCE OF HOSPICE OF THE VALLEY, INC AND PALLIATIVE CARE PARTNERS, INC. THROUGH RAISING MONEY, TO AID,FOSTER, PROMOTE, SUPPORT, DEVELOP AND FACILITATE SUPERIOR SERVICES PROVIDED BY HOSPICE, AND TO USE ITS FUNDS TO ASSIST IN CREATING/MAINTAINING ITS PHYSICAL FACILITY.
