FUNDED THE FIRST PHASE OF A RANDOMIZED CLINICAL TRIAL (RCT) TO EXAMINE THE EFFECTS OF IFS PROTOCOLS IN TREATING INDIVIDUALS EXPERIENCING COMPLEX PTSD. THIS ONGOING, INDEPENDENT STUDY IS BEING CONDUCTED AT THE CAMBRIDGE HEALTH ALLIANCE (MA) COMMUNITY MENTAL HEALTH CENTER, LED BY FACULTY FROM THE HARVARD MEDICAL SCHOOL DEPARTMENT OF PSYCHIATRY.
LAUNCHED THE IFS LEADERSHIP FELLOWS PROGRAM TO ADVANCE OUR VISION OF A WORLD WITH GREATER RACIAL AND SOCIAL EQUITY AND JUSTICE. THE FIRST COHORT OF HIGHLY-QUALIFIED AND DIVERSE FELLOWS WERE ALREADY (INTERESTED IN) MAKING A SIGNIFICANT DIFFERENCE IN THEIR COMMUNITY, AGENCY OR ORGANIZATION. IN 2022, THEY RECEIVED SUPPORT TO DEEPEN THEIR CAPACITY FOR FACILITATING CHANGE AND HEALING, INCLUDING LEVEL I IFS TRAINING AT THE IFS INSTITUTE.
ADVOCATED FOR THE PARADIGM OF INTERNAL FAMILY SYSTEMS (IFS), DEDICATING EXTENSIVE HUMAN RESOURCES, AND RELATIVELY MODEST FISCAL RESOURCES, BY REPLACING AN EXISTING PRINT MAGAZINE WITH A NEW OPEN-ACCESS ONLINE MAGAZINE, PARTSANDSELF.ORG.
