THE PURPOSE OF THIS ORGANIZATION IS TO PROVIDE THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOUTH, AGES UNDER 5 - UNDER 19, TO PARTICIPATE IN ORGANIZED RECREATIONAL AND COMPETITIVE SOCCER PROGRAMS; TO ENCOURAGES PLATER DEVELOPMENT OF ADVANCED SOCCER SKILLS THROUGH TRAINING, MATCHES AND TOURNAMENTS; TO FOSTER SPORTSMANSHIP THROUGH AN UNDERSTANDING OF THE LAWS OF THE GAME AS OUTLINED BY UTAH YOUTH SOCCER ASSOCIATION (UTSA), UNITED STATES YOUTH SOCCER ASSOCIATION (USYSA) AND UNITED STATES SOCCER FEDERATION (USSF); TO PROMOTE AND REGULATE THE ACTIVITY OF RECREATIONAL AND COMPETITIVE SOCCER COMPETITION FOR YOUTH BY ORGANIZING AND PROMOTING COMPETITION OPPORTUNITIES ON A DISTRICT, STATE AND NATIONAL LEVEL.
