TO RECRUIT, EQUIP, AND SUPPORT CHURCH MULTIPLICATION LEADERS TO STRATEGICALLY PLANT NEW-CHURCH-PLANTING-CHURCHES OF CHRIST IN ORDER TO PRODUCE REGIONAL CHURCH PLANTING MOVEMENTS.

IN 2020 KAIROS WORKED WITH 15 CHURCH PROJECTS,MINISTRIES, AND CAMPUS GROUPS. WE PROVIDED COACHING AND TRAINING FOR MISSIONAL LEADERS AND THEIR LEADERSHIP TEAMS. WE HELD A ONE WEEK ASSESSMENT FACE TO FACE IN FEBRUARY, FOLLOWED BY ONLINE DIGITAL ASSESSMENT IN THE FALL. PLANTERS HOSTED FACE TO FACE GATHERINGS ON THE EAST AND WEST COASTS DURING THE FALL AND A VIRTUAL GATHERING FOR THE SOUTHERN REGION AT THE END OF THE YEAR. WE ALSO HOSTED ONLINE MISSIONAL LEADER GATHERINGS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR PREPARING LEADERS TO PIVOT THEIR CHURCHES, MINISTRIES AND GROUPS. AS THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR I PRESENTED SEVERAL ONLINE TRAININGS FOR BIBLICAL SCHOLARS, DOMESTIC VIOLENCE ADVOCATES AND THOSE WORKING WITH MEN AND MASCULINITY.
SERVICE ACTIVITES ON BEHALF OF THE NEW CHURCH PASTORS INCLUDED USE AND TRAINING ON QUICKBOOKS ONLINE, INCORPORATION AND 501C3 APPLICATION PROCESS, MARKETING TOOLS, FUNDRAISING TRAINING, TEAM AND LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT, AND PROFESSIONAL COACHING. COMMUNICATION INCLUDED QUARTERLY NEWSLETTERS TO A NATIONAL DATABASE, PLUS OTHER EMAILS, CONSULTING WITH LOCAL CHURCHES AND OTHER COMMUNICATION EVENTS.
