5 CORE PRINCIPLES THAT GUIDE THE WORK ARE CULTURAL ROOTEDNESS, ENVIRONMENTAL STEWARDSHIP, INTERGENERATIONAL EXCHANGE, LIFELONG LEARNING, AND HEALTH AND WELLBEING. MAJOR PROGRAMS IN 2021 INCLUDED CARING FOR 2 ANCIENT HAWAIIAN FISHPONDS (EACH APPROX 30 ACRES) AND ALSO MALAMA AINA, CARING FOR THE LAND WHICH INCLUDES OUR 1.5 ACRE LOT ABUTTING ALII FISHPOND. WE FOCUSED ON STARTING A NATIVE PLANT NURSERY AND ALSO HOUSED 3 PRINCETON INTERNS OVER THE SUMMER WHO CONTRIBUTED OVER 5000 VOLUNTEER HOURS COMBINED.
