THE CORPORATION IS FORMED FOR THE PURPOSE PRINCIPALLY OF CONDUCTING AN ANNUAL CONFERENCE FOR THE EDUCATION, PROMOTION, AND DEVELOPING OF INFORMATION REGARDING COMPUTER INFORMATION SECURITY AND RELATED MATTERS BETWEEN AND AMONG ITS MEMBERS AND SPONSORS. THE ANNUAL CONFERENCE WILL BE CONDUCTED FOR NETWORKING AND EDUCATION AMONG THE SPONSORS AND CONFERENCE REGISTRANTS FOR THEIR COMMON INTEREST. THE ANNUAL CONFERENCE PROVIDES LOW-COST TRAINING TO COMPUTER INFORMATION SECURITY PROFESSIONALS THROUGHOUT OHIO IN AREAS SUCH AS NEW COMPUTER SECURITY TECHNIQUES, TRENDS, AND OTHER ONGOING COMPUTER SECURITY EDUCATION.
