THE PURPOSE IS TO OFFER AS A SERVICE TO THE COMMUNITY A SCHOOL FOR YOUNG CHILDREN. THE SCHOOL SHALL MAINTAIN HIGH EDUCATIONAL STANDARDS AND AN ATMOSPHERE THAT WILL GIVE THE STUDENT A FOUNDATION FOR EMOTIONAL,SOCIAL AND COGNATIVE GROWTH. THE CHILDREN'S CENTER ADMITS STUDENTS OF ANY RACE, COLOR, NATIONAL, ETHNIC AND RELIGIOUS ORIGIN TO ALL OF THE RIGHTS AND PRIVILEGES, PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES GENERALLY ACCORDED OR MADE AVAILABLE TO STUDENTS AT THE SCHOOL. THE CHILDREN'S CENTER DOES NOT DISCRIMINATE ON THE BASIS OF RACE, COLOR, NATIONAL, ETHNIC AND RELIGIOUS ORIGIN IN THE ADMINISTRATION OF ITS EDUCATIONAL POLICIES, SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAMS AND OTHER SCHOOL ADMINISTERED PROGRAMS.
