CASA'S MISSION IS TO TRAIN AND SUPPORT VOLUNTEERS TO ADVANCE THE WELFARE OF CHILDREN IN FOSTER CARE THROUGH EFFECTIVE ADVOCACY. OVER THE PAST YEAR, CASA OF PHILADELPHIA TRAINED AND ASSIGNED 47 NEW VOLUNTEERS TO ADVOCATE FOR 100 NEW CHILDREN APPOINTED TO CASA. THROUGHOUT THE YEAR 112 VOLUNTEERS PROVIDED ADVOCACY TO OVER 300 CHILDREN.
