LEADERSHIP COLLIER PROGRAM: THE LEADERSHIP COLLIER PROGRAM IS NOW ENTERING ITS 31ST YEAR. COMPETITION FOR ONE OF THE FORTY PARTICIPANT SEATS IS KEEN. THIS PROGRAM IS VIEWED BY MOST AS AMONG THE BEST COMMUNITY ORIENTATION PROGRAMS IN FLORIDA AND IN THE PAST YEAR, HAS BEEN REVIEWED BY SEVERAL LEADERS FROM METROPOLITAN AREAS IN OTHER STATES IN THE "BEST PRACTICES" SEARCHES.


GROWING ASSOCIATES IN NAPLES (GAIN): THE GAIN PROGRAM IS SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED FOR EMERGING LEADERS AND PROFESSIONALS IN COLLIER COUNTY OF AGES 21-40. PARTICIPANTS WILL LEARN ABOUT LOCAL GOVERNMENT, CHARITABLE ORGANIZATION, ARTS, COMMERCE, LAW ENFORCEMENT, TOURISM, EDUCATION, AND OTHER RESOURCES SO THAT GRADUATES CAN BECOME INVOLVED AND BE AN EFFECTIVE CONTRIBUTOR IN THE COMMUNITY. YOUTH LEADERSHIP: THE MISSION OF YOUTH LEADERSHIP COLLIER IS TO DEVELOP ETHICAL LEADERS COMMITTED TO ACTIVE COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT. THE PROGRAM EMPOWERS STUDENTS TO BECOME EFFECTIVE LEADERS, SHOWCASE COLLIER COUNTY AND ENCOURAGE STUDENTS TO CONSIDER COMING BACK TO THEIR COMMUNITY TO BEGIN THEIR CAREER AND FAMILIES.


LEADERSHIP COLLIER ALUMNI ORGANIZATION: THE LEADERSHIP COLLIER ALUMNI (LCA) ASSOCIATION IAS VERY ACTIVE AND NOW INCLUDES 1,200 MEMBERS. THE ALUMNI ASSOCIATION IS COMMITTED TO RAISING SCHOLARSHIP FUNDS TO ENABLE OTHER PARTICIPANTS IN LCA PROGRAMS AS WELL AS ENGAGING LEADERSHIP GRADUATES TO STAY INVOLVED IN THE COMMUNITY THROUGH LEADERSHIP ROLES AND CIVIC ENGAGEMENT.
