INLET GROVE COMMUNITY HIGH SCHOOL IGCHS IS ONE OF THE TOP A RATED HIGH PERFORMING CHARTER SCHOOLS AND TOP RANKED CAREER CHOICE ACADEMIES IN PALM BEACH COUNTY. ACCORDING TO U.S. NEWS WORLD REPORT, IGCHS IS RANKED 217TH WITHIN FLORIDA, AND IS RANKED 4,013 IN THE NATIONAL RANKINGS ON ITS PERFORMANCE ON STATE-REQUIRED TESTS, GRADUATION AND HOW WELL STUDENTS ARE PREPARED FOR COLLEGE. THE ADVANCED PLACEMENT COURSEWORK AND EXAM PARTICIPATION RATE AT IGCHS IS 43. THE TOTAL MINORITY ENROLLMENT IS 93 AND 89 OF STUDENTS ARE ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED. DUE TO OUR FOCUS ON COLLEGE AND CAREER PREPARATION, OUR ACCELERATION SUCCESS RATE IS 91, SECOND IN PALM BEACH COUNTY. PROGRAMS WHICH RANK IN THE TOP 4 IN SCIENCE ACHIEVEMENT, DUAL ENROLLMENT, EARLY ADMISSION AND EARLY GRADUATION OPTIONS. STUDENTS CAN EARN CAREER CERTIFICATIONS AND COLLEGE CREDITS FROM THE FOLLOWING CHOICE ACADEMIES PRE-MEDICAL, PRACTICAL NURSING, CONTINUED BELOW
INLET GROVE CONTINUED FROM AVOVE PRE-ARCHITECTURE,/PRE-ENGINEERING, PRE-LAW, WEB-DESIGN, TELEVISION PRODUCTION, JOURNALISM, DIGITAL DESIGN, CULINARY ARTS, AND MARINE TECHNOLOGY MARINE SCIENCE. MORE THAN 25 CLUBS, ORGANIZATIONS, SPORTS PROGRAMS, AND ONLINE LEARNNG COURSES ARE OFFERED TO STUDENTS. THE STUDENT BODY MAKEUP IS 36 PERCENT MALE, 57 PERCENT FEMALE, AND TOTAL MINORITY ENROLLMENT IS 93 PERCENT.
VARIOUS AREAS OF THE SCHOOL FACILITY ARE MADE AVAILABLE FOR RENT TO SMALL OR LARGE GROPUS, CONGREGATIONS OF WORSHIP, COMMUNITY MEETINGS, AND PRACTICES ON A SHORT OR LONG TERM BASIS.
