THE WORKMATTERS INSTITUTE IS OUR PREMIER FAITH AND LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM FOR NEXT-GENERATION LEADERS WHO WANT TO INTEGRATE THEIR FAITH AND WORK. IN 2021 WE EXECUTED TWO PROGRAM FORMATS: 1) OUR FLAGSHIP WMI-ARKANSAS, WHICH CONSISTED OF A 12-WEEK CLASS AND 12-MONTH MENTORSHIP PROGRAM WITH 31 LEADERS, AND 2) WMI-ONLINE, AN 8-WEEK CLASS WITH 39 LEADERS.
WORKMATTERS PRODUCES FREE AND PAID PRINTED AND DIGITAL RESOURCES TO HELP CHRISTIAN MEN AND WOMAN INTEGRATE THEIR FAITH AND WORK. THESE INCLUDE DEVOTIONAL RESOURCES ON THE YOUVERSION BIBLE APP, WEEKLY BLOG AND FAITH AND LEADERSHIP VIDEOS, BIBLE STUDIES, AND ON-DEMAND LEARNING CONTENT FEATURING VIDEO COURSES AND FORMER CONFERENCE TALKS. TOTAL REACH ACROSS THESE RESOURCE FORMATS IN 2021 WAS OVER 270,000 PEOPLE AROUND THE WORLD.
