CHF MANAGES SUCH FUNDS IN LINE WITH PROGRAMS AND POLICIES (CURRENT AND FUTURE) AUTHORIZED AND DIRECTED BY CHF'S BOARD OF DIRECTORS.CHF IS A "SUPPORTING ORGANIZATION" UNDER SECTION 509(A)(3) THAT PROVIDES AND/OR CONTRACTS FOR INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR CHN AND FOR THE MEMBERS OF THE CHILDREN'S HOME COMMUNITY, INC.
