DATA (DATING ABUSE TRAINING & ASSISTANCE) PROVIDES TRAINING FOR SCHOOL COUNSELORS ON HOW TO EFFECTIVELY RESPOND TO TEEN VICTIMS ON CAMPUS. CONDUCTED 9 WEBINARS REACHING 207 SCHOOL COUNSELORS FROM 87 SCHOOLS IN 16 COUNTIES IN NEW JERSEY.IPVA (INTIMATE PARTNER VIOLENCE ADVOCATE) CERTIFICATION SERIES IS A SIX-PART SERIES PRESENTED ANNUALLY; IT PROVIDES CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDITS FOR SOCIAL WORKERS, LICENSED PROFESSIONAL COUNSELORS AND ADVOCATES IN THE FIELD OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE. WE PROVIDED 5 WEBINARS; 31 SOCIAL WORK PROFESSIONALS ATTENDED ONE OR MORE CLASSES WITH 14 ATTENDING THE ENTIRE SERIES AND RECEIVING THE CERTIFICATION.FEE-PAID PROGRAMS: WE PROVIDED 10 PRESENTATIONS REACHING MORE THAN 200 SOCIAL SERVICE PERSONNEL. PRO BONO PRESENTATIONS WE CONDUCTED 4 PRESENTATIONS REACHING MORE THAN 100 COMMUNITY MEMBERS.
PREP (POLICE RESPONSE ENHANCEMENT PROGRAM) IS A PROGRAM THAT PROVIDES VICTIM-IMPACT TRAINING FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT PROFESSIONALS AND CONDUCTED 15 CLASSES REACHING 245 POLICE OFFICERS FROM 64 DEPARTMENTS IN 14 COUNTIES IN NEW JERSEY.
DV-SOS (DOMESTIC VIOLENCE - SUPPORT ON SITE) PROVIDES OUTREACH PRESENTATIONS (AND CRISIS INTERVENTION, IF NEEDED) TO SOCIAL SERVICE AGENCY STAFF AND CLIENTS. CONDUCTED 75 WEBINARS REACHING 1,056 SOCIAL SERVICE AGENCY PERSONNEL IN NJ; 43% OF WHOM IDENTIFIED AS VICTIMS OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE . WE ALSO PROVIDED 35 COUNSELING SESSIONS TO VICTIMS OF IPV.
