THE PURPOSE IS TO ENACT POSITIVE CHANGES IN THE DOWNTOWN BUSINESS DISTRICT BY PROMOTING LOCAL ECONOMIC VITATLITY, ENCOURAGING PRESERVATION OF MILTON'S HISTORICAL ARCHITECTURE & CREATING COMMUNITY SPONSORED & SUPPORTED EVENTS.
