THE ART CENTER OF THE BLUEGRASS CREATES TRANSFORMATIVE ARTS OPPORTUNITIES FOR EVERY MEMBER OF THE COMMUNITY. THIS IS ACCOMPLISHED THROUGH EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMMING, ART EXHIBITIONS, AND COMMUNITY OUTREACH. LESSONS IN VISUAL AND PERFORMING ARTS ARE AVAILABLE FOR ALL AGES. ART EXHIBITS BY INTERNATIONAL, NATIONAL, REGIONAL AND LOCAL ARTISTS ARE ROTATED BI-MONTHLY AND ARE ACCOMPANIED BY PARTICIPATORY ACTIVITIES. COLLABERATIVE ARTS PROGRAMMING IS OFFERED THROUGHOUT THE COMMUNITY TO SPECIAL NEEDS ADULTS, SENIOR CITIZENS, AND SCHOOL CHILDREN.
