FOUNDED IN 2003, DECLARATIONS, INC. HAS GROWN INTO A NATIONAL LEADER IN COMMUNITY SUPPORTS FOR CONSUMERS OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTHCARE SERVICES. DECLARATIONS, INC. WAS FOUNDED FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING WELLNESS AND RECOVERY SERVICES FOR THOSE WITH BEHAVIORAL HEALTHCARE NEEDS IN A SUPPORTIVE HOUSING SETTING. DECLARATIONS, INC. HAS DEVELOPED THE NATIONALLY RECOGNIZED DECLARATIONS' LIFE COACHING MODEL, WHICH IS BUILT UPON THE PHILOSOPHY THAT THE PATH TO SUCCESSFUL REHABILITATION AND WELLNESS STARTS WITH A PERSON'S OWN INTERNAL MOTIVATION AND STRENGTH. THE LIFE COACHING MODEL STRIVES TO PROMOTE THE IDEA THAT BEHAVIORAL HEALTHCARE SERVICES SHOULD EMPHASIZE THE FACILITATION OF SELF-HELP AND EMPOWERMENT, THUS CREATING WELLNESS FROM WITHIN. THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THIS MODEL HAS RESULTED IN HIGH LEVELS OF CONSUMER SATISFACTION RATING WITH MORE THAN 90% OF CONSUMERS MAINTAINING HOUSING. ALSO, MULTIPLE LICENSING REPORTS OVER THE PAST FIVE YEARS HAVE BEEN OVERWHELMINGLY POSITIVE. ON AVERAGE, 50 CONSUMERS PER YEAR ARE PROVIDED WITH HOMES AND SERVICES THROUGH DECLARATIONS, INC.
