THE PURPOSE IS TO AMASS A POOL OF FUNDS FROM WHICH PARTICIPATING MEMBER COMPANIES MAY BE COMPENSATED FOR MONEY LOST IN HANDLING OF A TRANSACTION FOR OR WITH ANOTHER PARTICIPATING MEMBER COMPANY THAT HAS BECOME INSOLVENT OR HAS DECLARED BANKRUPTCY OR OTHERWISE DISBANDED.
