THE TRANSFORMATION OF OLDER ADULT SERVICES IS BASED ON PERSON-DIRECTED VALUES AND PRACTICES WHERE THE VOICES OF ELDERS AND THOSE WORKING WITH THEM ARE CONSIDERED AND RESPECTED. CORE PERSON-DIRECTED VALUES ARE CHOICE, DIGNITY, RESPECT, SELF-DETERMINATION, AND PURPOSEFUL LIVING.
