REGIONAL: TOURNAMENT COORDINATOR GRANTS SANCTION TO AREA AND REGIONAL EVENTS TO ENSURE ALL STANDARDS SET BY THE NATIONAL OFFICE ARE IN PLACE AND ENFORCED. ALL EVENTS PROMOTE THE DEVELOPMENT OF ATHLETES IN THE SPORT OF VOLLEYBALL.
TRAINING: EXISTING CERTIFIED MEMBERS SPONSOR VARIOUS CLINICS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR TO EDUCATE COACHES AND OFFICIALS ON THE NEWEST REGULATIONS RELATED TO SCORE KEEPING, OFFICIATING, AND OTHER EVENT RULES.
