ORGANIZATION'S MISSION IS TO BENEFIT THE UTICA COMMUNITY, ESPECIALLY ITS LESS FORTUNATE RESIDENTS AND THEIR NEIGHBORHOODS. IT'S VISION IS TO FOSTER PROGRAMS WHICH WILL EMPOWER THE COMMUNITY TO HEAL AND RENEW ITSELF THROUGH THE EFFORTS OF IT'S RESIDENTS. AREAS OF FOCUS INCLUDE WORKING WITH YOUTH IN EDUCATIONAL, RECREATIONAL AND COUNSELING PROGRAMS TO DEVELOP THEIR LIFE SKILLS AND PROMOTE ACHIEVMENT OF GOALS. IT SEEKS TO IMPROVE THE COMMUNITY THROUGH THE CREATION OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT, EMPLOYMENT, WELLNESS AND HIGHER EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES.
