RURAL PRESERVATION PROGRAM - TO ADDRESS COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ISSUES AND CONCERNS THROUGHOUT CAYUGA COUNTY WITH A FOCUS ON HOUSING ISSUES FOR LOW-MODERATE TENANTS AND HOMEOWNERS.
THE SECTION 8 PROGRAM PROVIDES ASSISTANCE FOR LOW-INCOME INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES IN THE PRIVATE RENTAL MARKET THROUGH THE HOUSING CHOICE VOUCHER PROGRAM.
