ADVOCATES FOR UPSTATE MEDICAL UNIVERSITY PROMOTES THE WELFARE OF SUNY UPSTATE MEDICAL UNIVERSITY, UPSTATE UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL, AND UPSTATE COMMUNITY HOSPITAL, LOCATED IN SYRACUSE, NEW YORK BY AWARDING GRANTS THAT HELP FUND VARIOUS PROGRAMS AND DEPARTMENTS WITHIN THE HOSPITAL AND UNIVERSITY.
