RESEARCHCGR'S PRIMARY ACTIVITY IS PROVIDING MANAGEMENT CONSULTING SERVICES OR MANAGEMENT TOOLS TO CLIENTS, UTILIZING STAFF EXPERTISE THAT SPANS ECONOMICS AND PUBLIC FINANCE; GOVERNMENT MANAGEMENT; HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES; PUBLIC SAFETY; EDUCATION; AND STRATEGIC PLANNING. CGR ALSO CONDUCTS RESEARCH IN THE PUBLIC INTEREST THAT IS NOT FUNDED BY CLIENTS.
