EDUCATION AND CONTINUING EDUCATION- GSAR'S EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS PROVIDE INSTRUCTION TO CURRENT AND PROSPECTIVE REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONALS, FOR CONTINUING EDUCATION TO MAINTAIN LICENSE, ETHICS TRAINING, FAIR HOUSING SALES TRAINING, TECHNOLOGY TRAINING, AND TO ASSURE THE PUBLIC THE COMPETENCY AND INTEGRITY OF THE ASSOCIATIONS' LICENSED PROFESSIONALS.
MEMBERSHIP SOCIAL FUNCTIONS- ORGANIZE AND PROMOTE OUTREACH PROGRAMS TO ITS MEMBERS FOR THE PURPOSE OF FOSTERING COOPERATIVE BUSINESS RELATIONSHIPS.
