(THE ORGANIZATION) IS AN INDEPENDENT, INCORPORATED YOUTH BASEBALL ORGANIZATION AFFILITATED WITH CAL RIPKEN BASEBALL THAT TEACHERS THE YOUTH OF THE COMMUNITY THE IDEALS OF GOOD SPORTSMANSHIP, HONESTY, LOYALTY, COURAGE AND RESPECT FOR AUTHORITY SO THAT THEY MAY BE WELL-ADJUSTED CHILDREN WHO GROW TO BECOME TRUSTWORTHY ADULTS.
