DAY HABILITATION PROVIDES 255 DAYS OF SERVICE, CONSUMERS WERE SERVED FOR APPROXIMATELY 32,000 BILLABLE UNITS. DAY HABILITATION PROVIDES STRUCTURED DAY SERVICES TO DEVELOPMENTALLY DISABLED INDIVIDUALS TO PROMOTE COMMUNITY INCLUSION, INDEPENDENCE AND CHOICE.
INDIVIDUAL RESIDENTIAL ALTERNATIVE PROGRAM PROVIDED 365 DAYS OF SERVICES TO APPROXIMATELY 50 INDIVIDUALS FOR A TOTAL OF 17,650 BILLABLE UNITS. RESIDENTIAL SETTINGS PROVIDE STRUCTURED ENVIRONMENTS TO ASSIST WITH DAILY LIVING SKILLS AND SKILL DEVELOPMENT.
COMMUNITY PROGRAMS CONSISTS OF CONSUMER DIRECT SERVICES AND HABILITATION SERVICES TO DISABLED INDIVIDUALS LIVING IN THE COMMUNITY.
