NEWSLETTERS - THE CHAPTER NEWSLETTER, GENERAL NOTES, IS PUBLISHED SIX TIMES PER YEAR. APPROXIMATELY 600 COPIES ARE DISTRIBUTED. THE PUBLICATION PROVIDES PERTINENT INFORMATION FOR OUR MEMBERSHIP CONCERNING CHAPTER ACTIVITIES, UPCOMING EVENTS, AND RELATED APPLICABLE INFORMATION FOR MEMBERS. DINNERS AND EVENTS - THE CHAPTER HAS A MONTHLY DINNER MEETING WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE MONTH OF AUGUST. THE FUNCTIONAL PURPOSE OF THE MEETING IS TO INFORM THE MEMBERSHIP, THROUGH SPEAKERS, SEMINARS TOPICS AND BUILDING TOURS. THERE ARE APPROXIMATELY 40-60 PEOPLE IN ATTENDANCE AT EACH MONTHLY MEETING. SCHOLARSHIP FUND RAISERS - THERE IS ONE ANNUAL FUND RAISER. THE 2022 FUND RAISER WAS A GOLF OUTING. THE NET PROCEEDS ARE GIVEN TO THE AIA SCHOLARSHIP FUND TAX ID 13-3585407. THE SCHOLARSHIP IS AWARDED BY THEM.
