INSTRUCTION - DIRECT EXPENSE INCURRED FOR PROVIDING EDUCATION TO STUDENTS IN ACCORDANCE WITH CURRICULUM ESTABLISHED BY THE COLLEGE AND THE STATE EDUCATION DEPARTMENT.
