PARENT EDUCATION & COMMUNICATION ENABLES THE ORGANIZATION TO KEEP PARENTS INFORMED OF ISSUES AFFECTING THEIR CHILD'S EDUCATION, AS WELL AS OFFERING THE PARENTS AN OPPORTUNITY TO EXPRESS THEIR CONCERNS.
