PROGRAM SERVICE ACCOMPLISHMENTS - 2022DUE TO THE COVID SITUATION IN THE PRISON SYSTEM, GREAT REDUCTION IN MANPOWER IN THE PRISONS, MINIMUM MOVEMENT AND CONTACT WITH THE COUNSELORS AND CHAPLAINS THE DEPARTMENT FOR SOME REASON ARE NOT DOING MUCH TO HELP THESE MEN. IT SEEMS THAT WE HAVE BEEN ON HOLD WAY TOO LONG. WE ARE STILL HOLDING OUR OWN WITH THE PAROLE BOARD AND DEPT. OF CORRECTIONS. SO THE OPERATIONS ARE PRETTY MUCH LIKE THEY WERE LAST YEAR.
