THROUGH ONLINE COURSES, STUDENTS WILL GAIN A BETTER UNDERSTANDING OF WHAT LEADERSHIP IS, IDENTIFIED WHAT TYPE OF LEADERS THEY ARE, AND HOW THEY RELATE TO OTHERS AS LEADERS. THEY WILL ALSO EXPLORE HOW THEIR KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING OF THEMSELVES AFFECTS THE WAY THEY REACT TO SITUATIONS.
