THE BROOKLYN CHARTER SCHOOL (BCS) IS A K-5 ELEMENTARY SCHOOL THAT PROVIDES A RANGE OF EDUCATIONAL SERVICES.BCS IS THE FIRST CHARTER APPROVED BY THE NEW YORK CITY DEPART OF EDUCATION.
