PARENTS OF PS 9 INC. IS A NON-PROFIT 501(C)3 ORGANIZATION DEDICATED TO FINANCIALLY SUPPORTING PUBLIC SCHOOL 9 IN MANHATTAN. FUNDS RAISED PAY FOR APPROXIMATELY 13 PROGRAMS IMPACTING AROUND 500 STUDENTS (REDUCTION DUE TO COVID-19 IMPACT). AMONG THE PROGRAMS COVERED ARE ASSISTANT TEACHERS IN ALL CLASSROOMS, MUSIC, ART AND SPANISH PROGRAMS, AND PURCHASE OF BOOKS FOR CLASSROOMS. DUE TO COVID-19 PANDEMIC IMPACT THE ORGANIZATION SUPPORTS PROGRAMS TO STUDENTS AND PARENTS.
