SOCIETY OF HONORARY POLICE SURGEONS OF THE CITY OF NEW YORK ARE DOCTORS WHO VOLUNTARILY RAISE AWARENESS TO OTHER THE HEALTH PROFESSIONALS ON HOW THEY MAY ASSIST TO PROVIDE THEIR EXPERTISE AND KNOWLEDGE TO THE CITY OF NEW YORK POLICE DEPARTMENT. THE SOCIETY RAISES CONTRIBUTIONS TO AWARD CHILDREN OF POLICE OFFICER WHOM ARE GRADUATE STUDENTS ENTERING INTO THE HEALTH PROFESSION. AWARDS ARE PRESENTED TO HONOR DOCTORS WHOM DEDICATED THEIR PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL EXPERTISE AND KNOWLEDGE TO THE NYC POLICE DEPARTMENT.
