HELP DEVELOPMENT CORP. (HDC) IS FOCUSED ON DEVELOPING AND MANAGING AFFORDABLE AND SUPPORTIVE HOUSING FOR FORMERLY HOMELESS INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES. DURING FY2021, HDC COMPLETED CONSTRUCTION ON AND OPENED HELP CROTONA PRIDE HOUSE, 84 SENIOR APARTMENTS IN THE BRONX. ADDITIONALLY, PROJECT FINANCING AND CONSTRUCTION BEGAN ON HELP PHILADELPHIA VI, 55 UNITS OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING IN PHILADELPHIA, HELP HOME SIMPSON, 71 UNITS OF AFFORDABLE AND SUPPORTIVE HOUSING IN THE BRONX. IN ADDITION, HDC ALSO SECURED FINANCING FOR HELP PARK PLACE, 41 UNITS OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING IN BROOKLYN, HELP BRONX RENEWAL, 94 UNITS OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING IN THE BRONX, 340+ DIXWELL, 69 UNITS OF AFFORDABLE AND MIXED INCOME HOUSING IN NEW HAVEN, CT.
