("PHP") IS A NOT-FOR-PROFIT, CULTURALLY DIVERSE, COMMUNITY-BASED ORGANIZATION WHOSE MISSION IS TO IMPROVE THE HEALTH AND QUALITY OF LIFE OF DRUG USERS, SEX WORKERS, AND OTHERS WHO ENGAGE IN BEHAVIOR THAT PUTS THEM AND THE COMMUNITY AT RISK FOR HIV/AIDS, HEPATITIS AND OTHER SEXUALLY TRANSMITTED DISEASES.
