THE MAJOR LEAGUE BASEBALL PLAYERS TRUST IS A CHARITABLE ORGANIZATION DESIGNED TO ENGAGE, EQUIP, AND EMPOWER THE NEXT GENERATION OF KIDS AND ASPIRING BASEBALL AND SOFTBALL PLAYERS WITH PROGRAMMING THAT FOCUSES ON EDUCATION, MENTORSHIP, AND SKILL DEVELOPMENT ON AND OFF THE DIAMOND, SUPPORT CHARITABLE CAUSES AND PHILANTHROPIC ENDEAVORS OF PERSONAL IMPORTANCE TO INDIVIDUAL PLAYERS AND THE MEMBERSHIP AS A WHOLE; AND HELP COMMUNITIES PLAYERS CALL HOME THAT SUFFER UNFORESEEN DIFFICULTIES AND CHALLENGES. THE TRUST RECEIVES CONTRIBUTIONS FROM THE PUBLIC VIA GENERAL CONTRIBUTIONS.
