WFWPI PROGRAM ACCOMPLISHMENTS FOR 2021:1. ORGANIZED AND LAUNCHED THE FIRST ANNUAL AUCTION AND FUNDRAISING CAMPAIGN FOR GIVING FOR GOOD (GFG), A SIGNATURE PROJECT OF WFWPI, HELD FROM JANUARY 24 TO FEBRUARY 13, 2021. THE THEME WAS "GIVING FOR GOOD: EARTH, OUR HOME. ALL LIFE, OUR FAMILY." THE ONLINE AUCTION CONSISTED OF DONATED ITEMS FROM DR. HAK JA HAN MOON, CO-FOUNDER OF WFWPI, AS WELL AS ITEMS FROM SEVERAL OF HER CHILDREN, WITH OVER 200 ITEMS IN TOTAL. THE CAMPAIGN ALSO CONSISTED OF A FUNDRAISING EVENT HOSTED BY DR. SUN JIN MOON, WFWPI SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT. THE CAMPAIGN RAISED A GROSS INCOME OF $62,370.21. ALL PROCEEDS WERE RAISED FOR THE GFG CLIMATE ACTION FUND, WHICH FUNDED 12 CLIMATE ACTION PROJECTS IN 11 COUNTRIES.2. ORGANIZED THE FIRST GFG CLIMATE ACTION GRANT FUNDING PROJECT USING THE FUNDS COLLECTED DURING THE GFG FUNDRAISING EFFORT EARLIER IN THE YEAR. THE GRANTS WENT TO FUND 12 PROJECTS DEVELOPED BY WFWP CHAPTERS ACROSS 11 COUNTRIES THAT AIM TO ADDRESS ISSUES OF CLIMATE CHANGE AND SUSTAINABILITY IN THEIR COMMUNITIES, AND CHAPTERS WERE ENCOURAGED TO PARTNER WITH LOCAL ORGANIZATIONS IN CONDUCTING THESE PROJECTS FROM AUGUST - DECEMBER 2021.3.
