OUR OUTREACH SERVICES PROVIDE INFORMATION AND REFERRAL TO OUR DRUG TREATMENT, HARM REDUCTION AND TREATMENT ADHERENCE PROGRAMS INCLUDING PROPHYLACTIC MEDICATION TO PREVENT THE TRANSMISSION OF HIV BETWEEN SERODISCORDANT PARTNERS.
DRUG TREATMENT PROGRAM - OUR MEDICALLY SUPERVISED, OUTPATIENT DRUG TREATMENT PROGRAM IS LICENSED BY THE STATE TO PROVIDE INTENSIVE AND NON-INTENSIVE SUBSTANCE USE TREATMENT VIA GROUP AND INDIVIDUAL COUNSELING, MEDICATION ASSISTED TREATMENT UTILIZING BUPRENORPHINE AND VIVITROL. OUR PROGRAM EMPLOYS A HARM REDUCTION APPROACH TO ENGAGING ACTIVE USERS. WE PROVIDE AN AVERAGE OF 8,000 SERVICES ANNUALLY.
