IS TO BENEFIT THE CONSUMERS OF OUR SERVICES BY PROMOTING PROFESSIONAL INTEGRITY AND CONFIDENCE, ENSURING THEORETICAL AND TECHNICAL COMPETENCY, MAINTAINING ONGOING CLINICAL EFFECTIVENESS, ENCOURAGING COHESIVENESS THROUGH UNIFORM EDUCATIONAL STANDARDS, AND INVESTIGATING AND INTEGRATING NEW TECHNOLOGY.

THE SOCIETY PROVIDES CONTINUING EDUCATION, ONLINE LASER TRAINING, AND CERTIFICATIONS TO ENHANCE THE PROFESSIONAL GROWTH OF ITS MEMBERS AND NONMEMBERS IN THE INDUSTRY. AT THE END OF FY 2020(JUNE 2021), THE SOCIETY STOOD AT 158 MEMBERS.
DURING THE 2020-2021 FISCAL YEAR, THE SOCIETY OFFERED 8 LIVE EDUCATIONAL TRAINING WEBINARS THAT WERE VIEWED BY A TOTAL OF 232 PARTICIPANTS. SCHMR ALSO OFFERS A LIBRARY OF AT-HOME CONTINUING EDUCATION COURSES, OF WHICH APPROXIMATELY 82 HOURS WERE DISTRIBUTED DURING THE YEAR.
