COMPREHENSIVE TRAINING: HOPE EMPOWERS NEW YORKERS TO BUILD SUSTAINABLE CAREERS, WITH A FOCUS ON INDIVIDUALS FACING SIGNIFICANT BARRIERS TO EMPLOYMENT INCLUDING HISTORIES OF CRIMINAL LEGAL SYSTEM INVOLVEMENT, SUBSTANCE ABUSE, HOMELESSNESS, LOW EDUCATIONAL ATTAINMENT AND OTHERS. HOPE OFFERS GENERAL CAREER READINESS PROGRAMMING AS WELL AS SECTOR-BASED TRAINING FOR GROWING INDUSTRIES, WITH EMPHASIS ON ENVIRONMENTAL CAREERS, SUCH AS ENERGY EFFICIENT BUILDING SYSTEMS, HORTICULTURE, SOLAR, AND RELATED.
