ATTENDANCE AT OUR WORKSHOPS AND FORUMS GREW BY ALMOST 30% IN COMPARISON TO THE PREVIOUS YEAR.- NEW INITIATIVES: NONPROFIT NEW YORK LAUNCHED TWO NEW MEMBER BENEFIT INITIATIVES IN 2022, INCLUDING MEMBER OFFICE HOURS AND LEARNING COMMUNITIES, TO ADDRESS THE MOST PRESSING NEEDS OF THE NONPROFIT SECTOR WHILE INCENTIVIZING MEMBERSHIP. TOGETHER, THESE NEW INITIATIVES SERVED 197 NONPROFIT PROFESSIONALS. - HELPLINE: NONPROFIT NEW YORK'S 24/7/365 HELPLINE RECEIVED A TOTAL OF 650 INQUIRIES AND CLOSED 100% OF THESE WITH A 94% SATISFACTION RATE. - RESOURCES: NONPROFIT NEW YORK INCREASED THE NUMBER OF HELPFUL ARTICLES, TOOLS, AND TEMPLATES IN THE KNOWLEDGE CENTER, PART OF OUR ONLINE MEMBER HUB, THE COMMUNITY, BY 74 FOR A TOTAL OF ALMOST 500 RESOURCES.
