CONGREGATE TREATMENT COMMUNITY RESIDENCES OFFER 24 HOUR STAFF SUPPORT AND SUPERVISION FOR MENTALLY ILL ADULTS. THE GOAL IS TO AID INDIVIDUALS WITH DEVELOPING AND RELEARNING THE SKILLS OF DAILY LIVING AND THE FOCUS IS ON STABILIZATION WITH CONTINUED RECOVERY AND INDEPENDENCE. THIS PROGRAM HAS A CAPACITY OF 49 RESIDENTS. APARTMENT TREATMENT COMMUNITY RESIDENCES ARE ONE TO THREE BEDROOM RESIDENCES IN A SEMI-SUPERVISED SETTING FOR MENTALLY ILL ADULTS WITH ACCESS TO 24 HOUR STAFF FOR EMERGENCIES OR CRISIS INTERVENTION. ONGOING ASSISTANCE AND SUPERVISION IS PROVIDED FOR MAINTAINING THE APARTMENT, SOCIALIZATION, SELF-ADVOCACY, MEDICATION MANAGEMENT, SKILL DEVELOPMENT, AND DAILY LIVING SKILLS. THIS PROGRAM HAS A CAPACITY OF 82 RESIDENTS.
