WINN DIVERSITY IN CLINICAL TRIALS CAREER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM ("THE PROGRAM") IS A STRATEGIC INITIATIVE OF BRISTOL MYERS SQUIBB FOUNDATION WHICH IS DESIGNED TO SUPPORT THE CAREER DEVELOPMENT OF EARLY STAGE INVESTIGATOR PHYSICIANS WHO ARE UNDERREPRESENTED IN MEDICINE IN THE U.S., AND INCREASE DIVERSITY IN CLINICAL TRIALS AND TRANSFORM THE CLINICAL RESEARCH LANDSCAPE. THROUGH ITS GRANT PARTNERS, THE FOUNDATION SUPPORTS THE PROGRAM WHICH AWARDS GRANTS TO SCHOLARS ATTENDING US BASED MEDICAL INSTITUTIONS.
